Innovative occupational health provider HealthWork came to Furthermore with a vision to rebuild the company’s brand from the ground up. The client wanted a completely new look and feel to their brand following an organisational restructure with a tight deadline to work to.
Already an established occupational health brand, HealthWork came to Furthermore to undertake a rebranding project with a clear objective in mind: recreate the HealthWork brand as a fresh and market leading occupational health provider.
The company felt their current look and feel was outdated, leaving them in the shadows of their competitors. To accompany their new set up, they envisaged a renewed look for HealthWork, complete with all-singing, all-dancing website. Enter Furthermore that would not only position them as industry leaders but deliver on that promise.
How we helped them
With this project, we started from the ground up and went back to basics. From competitor analysis and identifying opportunities and gaps in the market through to working with senior stakeholders to develop a clear tone of voice that encapsulated their goal to become the authority in their industry.
This was achieved through a series of workshops with the senior leadership team, producing comprehensive yet concise reports on our findings and presenting options based on the findings.
Through these findings, new logo colours and sub brands were finalising for digital and print, alongside developing the new tone of voice, core values, and key messaging to lay the foundation for the new brand.
Once this foundation was laid, collation of brand assets including iconography, photography, and illustration was undertaken.
Upon final approval of the brand elements, we were able to produce a complete brand guidelines document outlining how the colours, assets, and more should be used going forward.
With this project, it was vital to ensure that the new brand look and feel was not only visually appealing but had a solid strategy backing it up to create intelligent designs. To achieve this, building strong relationships with the client and ensuring their needs were our top priority was integral. We kept in touch with the client throughout the entire process, producing multiple mock-ups and mood boards to manage client expectations throughout.
